SENIOR BEAUTY RETOUCHER

Full-time, 40hrs per week 

Office located in Berlin, currently no remote work possible 

English C2/C1 level required 

38 000 - 54 000 Euro / Year depending on level and experience + extra health insurance coverage after probation time + bi-annual bonus based on Key Progress Indicators and company results. 

Position Summary:

As a Beauty and Grader specialist, you will be leading the creative decisions and especially the creation of visual language for our most renowned clients. You will be working simultaneously on various projects from edgy editorials, Key Visuals beauty advertising or Volume catalogue projects. You must have a really large knowledge of all processes for high end retouching such as Raw file development, excellent skin and fabrics retouching, colour corrections and colour matching, extensive composing competences and ability to create many different colour grading of 1 single image. 

In addition to exceptional photoshop abilities, we are looking for highly motivated team mate, willing to learn new skills and train junior buddy. 

A Minimum of 6 years of experience as a high end Retoucher in an agency or as freelance is required. 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creative decisions on various Projects from editorials, to beauty campaigns or Volume catalogues. Retouch a wide range of images with the perfect equation of perfectionism versus edgyness and style. Bring that little extra something that makes you an asset to the company. 

You are be able to understand client project and lead the creative decisions to elevate the outcome to the highest standards. 

You able to work independently or lead your team working with you on a specific project to deliver high class post production services, on time and without excessive rounds of corrections.
