KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

 

Berlin, Germany

40 hours per week, in-office

Fluent in German and English, both oral and written

 

One Hundred Berlin GmbH a leading full-service post-production studio based in Berlin, providing top-notch photography and film services to our clients. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities

- Negotiate quotations with clients to secure profitable deals

- Act as the main point of contact for our key clients

- Manage and grow existing client accounts

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and outstanding service to clients

- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by responding to their needs and requirements in a timely manner

- Providing regular reporting on account activity, including sales performance and market trends

 

Requirements:

- Proven track record of successful sales experience, ideally in the photography industry, as a Account Manager or similar role

- Strong knowledge of the post-production industry and photography

- Strong networking skills and the ability to create and maintain long-lasting relationships

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and oral

- Good organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to identify business opportunities and negotiate quotations effectively

- Results-driven and self-motivated with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

- A passion for photography and a keen interest in the industry
